PESTICIDE TECH

Compensation: $20.00 to $22.50 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Perform Fertilizer and pesticide applications according to safety procedures
• Equipment calibration
• Complete required production forms
• Accurately diagnosis various disease and pest health issues on turf and landscape
• Must follow company standardized policies and regulations to ensure compliance and safety performance of workers.
• Ability to maintain/track crew hours through mobile device.

Skills

• Must have 1 + years of turf care experience
• Mathematical skills to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
• Knowledge and experience turf/ plant health diagnosis
• Time management skills with an ability to prioritize and multi task
• Ability to operate heavy equipment
• Valid driver's license
• Punctual and dependable
• Experience Managing and Leading Employees
• Outstanding communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A team player with leadership abilities

Qualifications

• State pesticide license a must
• Previous landscape construction (preferred)
